It should be in the last big camp, around the well. Just click the thing so you can see every inventory on the ground, and check around there.

im no idea where is radio :confused:

Try holding down tab to make it glow red? Should work then, or maybe something didn't install properly? :/

That's not the last island, that's the center island, it's not there. You'll have to search all enemy locations / camps and then, the last one will appear on your map.

The HQ, where's the radio (that works), is "north", southside of it is already showing in your picture. Take the radio and missions is over.
