Multiplayer Activity

Is there anyone playing multiplayer? Online atm theres only 10 people. Is it because of steam regions or something like that?

Talking about coop? I play coop over hamachi and teamspeak with mates and the other mp hasn't been developed enough to be worth playing more than a few round IMO.
