I found a bug!
 

I just wanted to say that throwing knifes at people in open cars is buggy. Even when the knife flies through them, they dont die. I've tried this with M113 and the jeeps.

Thank you for report. Can you make a small video of that bug? It will help us a lot.

Here I use direct control and try to throw knifes at a Jeep Machinegunner.

And here's a another thing I saw when I made the video. When I have a guy crawling and tell him to stab a guy I have to click twice. First he pulls out the knife and stands beside the sniper. Then I have to click again so he actually stabs him.

Another bug ?: 2nd mission ("In the line of fire"), third enemy patrol boat.

Its' front gunner, ignored the MGs max range (90 m. ?) and was still randomly hitting my other patrol boat (= #1 / the bait), when I was about 160 - 170 meters away !. Only when I got out of its' line of fire, it stopped firing.

That was annoying. But this was s-t-u-p-i-d:

Then it tried to hit my other one (= #2 / the ambush), which was in the canal, b-e-h-i-n-d the last island (the one with the radio / enemy HQ). How can it even see it ?.

Now it's just keeps shooting, endlessly at side of that island.

The savegame just before you throw the knife will be very useful, and also dxdiag report. Thanks in advance.

Looks like this feature/bug came from original Men of War. Not sure it can be fixed, but anyway devs know about it.

Cannot killed a unit in a open vehicle with a knife seem to be in all the men of war game,

i did a test in original men of war and in assault squad is the same,

In original Men of War, my man can't drop a knife on the ground, otherwise sometimes the knife kills my man who is dropping the knife. I always drop ammos, guns, hats, hammers, etc, but I haven't dropped any knife until now.
