I've lost ignition, Houston..

Weird as hell, but I jumped in my spit today, hit the "I" button... No start.
Checked controls assignment... The entire entry for ignition is gone..!?!
I've checked all categories, plane controls, general controls, even axes.. Nowhere can I find a place to enter key assignment for ignition..
Any ideas...?

Thx in advance,

mike

Well, it's called "Toggle Selected Engine(s)" in the Aircraft menu.
I have "I" set there, and it works.

The current user key assignments are stored in confUser.ini (..\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover). Disable Steam Cloud (and don't activate it afterwards)
Open confUser.ini in editor, search the section [HotKey pilot] there should be a entry like "I=enginei01" (I is the command key), if it missing add the entry.

You could find the orginal confUser.ini in ..\Steam\SteamApps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover, so you can compare it with your current configuration, if more entries are missing.

Toggle fuel? Magnetos?

It happens to me quite often: IL2CoD won't process a first pressed key. So, just release it, and press it again.

I'll look into config ini.
