Is there any way of turning Skeleton Warriors into Skeleton Archers?

Yes I know but I don't have access to them yet in my game so I would have to use a scroll to get them and after that it would be hard to get new ones.

Nahh, it's weird that you want to get a level 1 creature :) Beside Call of Death scroll, I think we dont have any other ways to get it. You can summon those skeleton by necromancer or bonedragon :)

Moro Dark can transfer nkights in black knights, and bowman in skeleton archers, before you get his power of darkness to 0%.
