Missing Skirmish DLC American Phillipines Map
 

Yep.. its not there :( not seeing anything under USA tab. Posted screenshots.
For a $1 a map.. was hoping I wouldn't run into any problems.

Nothing under bonus missions either, just barbecue.

Might be that you didn't complete the Ardennes map?
There are two options, check your "documents/my games/men of war assault squad/profile/xyz/gameprogress.set with a text editor and see whether ardennes is saved correctly or not. Alternatively launch the mission in LAN and select it there in skirmish.
