CoD Launcher Problem
 

My PC's hardisc with OS Vista and CoD installation collapsed. All got lost.

Everything is fixed by now but I cannot reinstall Cod. It gets downloaded but when I want to play the game (clicking on Play button) it states smthg about Launcher problem only and nothing happens. Any help pls? Thx in advance.

Check cache integrity in steam, reinstall all programs from the redist folder. Reinstall motherboard, chipset and video drivers, directx.
Check directx setting in conf.ini (depends on your video card).
