after new installation-no servers found in lobby or client

the title says it all.
i did a clean installation of the game,and now im not able to play online anymore.yesterday the game found at least 2servers in the lobby,but nothing whatsoever in client.
any suggestions?

Some people helped going into Lobby and starting own server there for a minute. Then close it and after that server list appears in Client section.

Also try adding servers to Steam as favorite servers by IP. Then they appear in game.

no it didnt fix that.had that problem already yesterday until today after several restarts.but starting my own server solved the issue
