I also noticed this picture. Its just a bug. Don't worry they will fix it, and in worst case they will patch it when the game is out.

I dont think its a bug, the game is russian made so why cant it be in russian?

well hell i don't know mabye it's cause we in america. u can't release other lang in us

I assure you, that in the final version it will be translated as well as all other parts of the interface and the gameplay.

No worries guys.It will be released in English after latest a month later or there will be other Lang patches

Its definitely just a bug which will be fixed.
