How about a Sub Forum section for complaints ?
 

.. and then those who want to complain tirelessly can do so completely free of 'fanboy' interruption and counter complaining.

We can then choose not to read that section if we want and the rest of the forum can become a place of helpful discussion :grin:

Good idea,but I don't think they have the bandwidth for a big enough complaints forum just now...
