Hi all,

I'd just like to ask some of the more helpful people from this forum to register on the Steam forum and generally help around during these critical first few days. Some buyers have already unlocked the game and started playing, and are - as expected - running into technical problems.

It'd be nice if a couple of us could try to answer some of their questions and generally guide them through this first experience, and show them what a community can be like.

I don't see a forum for Il-2 Dover. Where are you seeing these posts from confused newbies? The IL-2 '46 forum, maybe?

Yes, that's the one. Thanks White Owl :) People don't know where to look for the official forums, so they use those.
