Experimental Spitfire I with Merlin/Rotol from Hurricane I
 

A little hack to give the Spitfire Ia the Rotol prop. No claim is made for any accuracy, but it does give the "allegedly castrated" CloD Spit Ia a potential 35mph extra at 1500 ft ASL. :rolleyes:

I see no bother with this at all seeing as you can do the same thing with A2A simulations Wings of power Spitfire 1 in accusim. So why not and if my memory does serve me right some Spitfire 1's were upgraded in the field to 1A and 2A-B standards, so in the spirit of the time and reality I think it's alright, wonder what others will say though ...........

The Spit Ia already has the Rotol 3d prop model same as the Rotol Hurricane. As far as I know the mkI were retrospectively named mkIa with the introduction of the b type wing, and by this time they had a CSP anyway. So it seems to fix a bug in the game.
