Restore conf files w/t Cloud Synchronization

In addition to enabling the Cloud Synchronization in Steam -> Settings -> Download + Cloud, I found that in order to restore the conf files (conf.ini, confs.ini, confuser.ini), I needed to go to Library -> Il2:Cliffs of Dover->Properties->Local Files->Verify Integrity of Game Cache. This restored the new conf files.
