Toggle Plane Icons / Radio Comm / Sound

Now that the game is well into polishing, these are at the top of my list

Toggle plane icons just like IL2. Want to be able to toggle thru distance and plane description and on/off.

Want to get radio working so I can find my base to land

Want better exterior and gun sounds

OK, I'm done.
