What the best way to defeat Dragons
 

I'm a mage on the first King Bounty. I'm at a point where Dragons are killing me to no ends. What's the best way to defeat them without losing much troops?

If you have the leadership, using dragons of your own works well. Otherwise, any troop with good fire resistance will work against Black and Red, while Stoneskin will help against Emerald dragons. Rage chest can help even the odds, e.g., Glot's Armor for defense, various damaging talents to wear them down (note, rage talents affect Black dragons). And don't forget the Dragon Slayer spell.

it has been a while but ok :)

either you mass offensive spells to kill em

or use units like cyclopses(high resistance )

emerald dragon (invisibility and slow kill them with spells)

with a undead army(ghost+necromancers)

kill a dragon stack then ressurect it with the necromancers:)

1 big stack of skeleton archers with dragon arrows(they pwn dragons)

like said above use any kind of dragons
