Trying to launch IL Sturmovik forgotten battles but error message
 

So, I have managed to play this on my laptop but now it won't launch. Whenever I try and play (I have tried running in compatibility and with admin privileges but no difference) I pop the disk in, a loouuuddd werring sound, click on auto play and theennn
Nothing.
Alternatively, I click on the icon, I get the make changes to you hard drives thing, click yes. Then I get the error message:
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142) Click ok to close the application.

How do I fix this?
