Mod help!!

Hi all, My question I have today is how do I get my mod that's called Cheatsmod to work with SirHinkels COOP 1.3 map mod. I have tried it every which way and every time I load up a map on SirHinkels COOP 1.3 map mod the game quits working. Any help would be aprreciated. thanks and have a great day.
