TrackIR zoom feature

I have seen some footage where the player zooms in on their view using their TrackIR headsets. How is this acheived as I can't seem to be able to do this. I'm using TrackIR 3.

Set trackIR zoom to "Zoom in (continous)" and "Zoom out (continous)" instead of just setting it to "Zoom in" and "Zoom out"
