Level 2 - Where to find layout of defense positions?

After many attempts, I manage to enter the building where the layout of defense positions are suppose to be. But now what? How do i find Paul Webber and / or get the layouts?

That does not answer the question....in one of the rooms, there is a nazi officer sleeping on the sofa. is he Paul Webber? How do i get him to give me the layouts?

There is another officer that walks in and out of the building and room where the other guy is sleeping. He has the plans on him. Kill him silently or the sleeper wakes up.
