AI landing

I have read that far only complaints about the AI landings when returning from a mission.
But there is a solution!
If one flys with his wingman/squadron over his homebase after the mission, one by one your squad-mates will peel off in the landing pattern.
You will land last, thats all.

So long as all waypoints have been crossed presumably. Another downside to the way missions have to be made/structured in the IL2 series. That and a very stupid AI that behaves about as realistically as a plank.

yes AI are very dumb, shot the first bomber waiting to take of, and all the rest will run into it
Try landing at enemy base, and they will fill you full of holes, even when your on the ground they dont stop shoting:grin:

Maybe if they manage to put the AI calculations to a extra core the computing power will be there for a more believable AI.
