So it wasn't bulls..t after all...They tried to find a technical solution to prevent seizures with COD since the warning is not a 100 % protection against lawsuit...

a bunch of bullshit. one guy suing all the gaming corporations for profit because the games caused him to have a seizure. all games and systems come with seizure warnings in their pamphlets. it ain't our ******* problem he had a ******* siezure. **** him!:evil:

I wonder why he doesn't sue his TV manufacturer aswell since it allowed the images to be displayed (just like the console , which he is sueing for).

Hope he loses and has to pay for Sony's legal team.

Oblivion is an old game now, if he wins his case that means every title ever produced would be applicable to this law. That is a truly terrifying thought for a publisher.
