fuel cock won't budge
hello all,
i'm trying to start up the spit IIA in CEM, for some reason the fuel cock won't move from the off position. i tried to assign it to a key, move it with the mouse, use the force on it - but nada. i'm playing with the stock version, no beta patch installed. btw - this happens with other variants of the spit as well... am i missing something here? any advice would be welcome. |
hmmm....
I ran further checks and found out that the fuel cock lever doesn't work for me on hurricane and Blenheim as well (those are the only planes i tried).
all other toggles and switches seems to work fine. any ideas? |
I had similar issue with 109 but only in some particular offline mission (qmb mission edited with fmb). The cock did not move but I still could start an engine.
Try other mission or online. Maybe the problem is mission related somehow. |
Are you by any chance flying with unlimited fuel? I think i remember there was such a bug in the non-patched version, if you didn't choose limited fuel in the realism options the fuel selectors were unusable.

Mmm...the Hurricane's fuel cock is working for me,have you assigned a key to it,if not try this.

yesss....

10x for the help... |
ugh I'm having the same problem, except the fuel cock and the radiator don't budge, I've messed with limited fuel and assigned buttons, I've still got nothing
|
ugh, the only thing working in the start up are the magnetos
|
Do you have both complex engine management and engine temperature effects enabled in the realism settings?
|
I joined Syndicates tonight and I had the same issue throttle control would only work intermittently, and the mixture and rads wouldn't move but intermittently.
