It’s been 66 years since the war ended. Take a moment today to think about all those men who fought it for real. Playing videogames sometimes makes you forget that there were actual people doing this same thing for real, and that they were never certain of the outcome, of victory, or of their own survival.

What we do here will never do them justice, and thankfully most people playing our flight sims will never know what it’s like to fight a real war. If it just makes you think about everyone who has fought and lived or died through that war, to realize that they weren’t superhuman heroes, they were ordinary people just like the people you know today, good and bad, smart and stupid, brave and not so much, that perhaps will make you appreciate their sacrifice even more.

Also, let’s use this thread for a brief look into the future of the series.

We will not release any more details or make any official announcements for at least a few more months.
