Wind questions

How do I know in a mission which is the wind direction?
Can I load it into the mission editor - but where do I see the wind direction?
How can I add / change winds and gusts in the FMB?
I only see the weather map but couldn't add/change anything here.

There should be a wind bag at each airfield and they should, hopefully, work correctly.
