is it posible to get trains cars and people on the game?

i like to follow the roads but theres noone there

how could i make it so for example there are cars on the roads and stuff?

I guess if you use the Full Mission Builder you can put what ever thing.

To see humans set SpawnHumans=1 in conf.ini
