beta patch bug with ESC key

when in game or menu etc everytime i hit ESC it takes me back to desktop and then will reopen the window and take me back to game,menu etc.

anyone else have this issue/ this is the 214 beta patch

yes, and then it turns off force feedback...very annoying!
