Three blue lines on horizon (Radeon hd6970)

I still suffer from this graphical bug where all along the horizon three bright blue lines are rendered. This is quite the immersion killer so I wondered if anyone else suffers from this (or suffered) and if they managed to solve it what their specs/settings are.

Oh my spec is:

i5-2500k
8 gb dd3 ram
ATI Radeon hd 6970

I think it's universal on ATi cards. Here is my 6970 with Cat 11.3 drivers.
