Dual control for the Tiger Moth?
Hi Gents
Is it intended that the Tger Moth will have dual control in the future? Thanks. No1 Cheese |
It already has. Took me several days to figure it out.
There is a function called "Jump between pilot and selected position" within the "Aircraft" section. Default is "Ctrl C". However this key is also mapped to "Switch to previous manned position" within the "View" section. This causes some unpredictable behaviour when you press "Ctrl C". Simply give "Jump between pilot and selected position" a dedicated key and it will pass/retrieve the control to the co-pilot. Co-pilot can be human or AI. PS: Works also with the Br.20 |
Multiplayer...

I think the question was is there a dual flight controls in a multiplayer game? Is there one? So the best pilot can take the instructor position and newbe the student one! |

Aircraft selection is pretty complicated at the moment, though. |
Ok !

Seriously - in a real airplane you have to agree with the other guy ("I have the controls - you have the controls"), so I don't see the point of making it switchable or smt in the sim. |

The pilot has to press the key that is mapped to the function "Jump between pilot and selected position" (Default: Cltr C, but as written earlier this key is mapped also to another function that prevents it from working correctly, it has to be changed to a dedicated key). From know on the co-pilot has control over the aircraft, until the pilot hits "Jump between pilot and selected position" again. |
Thanks Gents(and by GENTS i dont mean you Moggs:evil:)

slow slip
We tested this yesterday, double pilot control works well, but the rear "slip indicator" instrument seems wrong. Too slow, and always stay in middle (just the "Slip" arrow). I was sitting at the back, my mate said, the front instruments moving well. Is this mistake found at somebody else?
