Question of price of some units...
 

IS-3: 2000 points for what ? It has high recharge time 12 seconds in 1.85.3 patch and its gun has low efficiency agaist opposite equal tanks. Lets say 1770 points for it...

Tiger II: for 2400 points ???? Because of its bugged armor ? Its nonsence. It was slow, big and oafishly tank. Only good side of this tank was its gun. Lets say 1850-1900 points for it, or 10 HC points just like Super Pershing

I would give this prices rather to artillery, or units like ISU-152 and others...
