How Do I get rid of the grey window
 

I tried right clicking restarting the game ect. There is a grey window and I cant get rid of it Please help. I can even make a new window and get rid of that but not this new grey window. Its driving me mad....

I have this issue as well, like a graphic issue - cannot alt click. Even uninstalled and reloaded, still there - any pointers?

You have to imagine where the title box would be if it was an active window then alt-right click and select close window.

took me a few times to get it gone

Its a combination of ALT right and left clicking.. you can do it..it took me a while too :)
