I think people have been waiting years for IL2_BoB_CoD. Not to be contrary, but I doubt anyone would chime in to say they waited years with such huge anticipation for the sim to be delivered in it's current state. I think most have confidence that various issues will be fixed so people can have smoother frame rates, and better game play on their various systems. It's accepted that more optimization needs to be done, though I believe most would have been more accepting if less had to be done after such a long journey. Perhaps you judge a bit too severely?
