Wind Simulation

Can anyone confirm that the wind (different speeds of it) is simulated in this COD, please? And does it affects taking off or landing?

Umm... it's affecting the plane just like wind affects a plane. Crosswinds will drive you off the runway, make it harder to taxi on ground etc. If wind effects/speed are set up in the realism tab and in your mission, of course.
I'd recommend having a look at the FMB to get an idea what CoD is capable of in this department.
