Where to find the config.ini file ??

Thi may be s stupid question but for the life of me I can't find where the game installed itself and hence can't locate the mentioned file.

Any hints ?

It was mentioned in every third post here....it is located in My Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover
