Changing Resolution in Game

In the russian version I could drop my resolution down to 1600x900 and still have
full screen. Now in the english version when I drop the resolution to 1600x900 or
anything lower it shrinks my screen and gives a black border around the screen.
Anyone know how to fix this ?

Thanks

yeah i experienced that as well.try to lower your resolution of your monitor, before you enter the game.this helped me.i now can play again with 1600x900 and full screen.

If you have an NVidia card tryenabling NVidia scaling in the Adjust desktop size/position part of NVidia control panel - dont know what it is for ATI/AMD though

I have Nvidia GTX 280 , but for some strange reason my nvidia control panel
no longer has all the selections , now it only has one 3d setting
I used drivercleaner and reinstalled the last 2 versions of nvidia drivers but I still
have no nvidia control panel
I have windows 7 /64 but this has really got me scratchin my head :(
My PC reminds me of my kids when they were teenagers , one minute ya wanna
hug em the next minute ya wanna throw em out the window !!!!!

Ok , I did a clean install of the drivers and now I have the control panel , but
there is no option to check or uncheck scaling :(

I think I'll email Nvidia and see what they have to say about it ,

Thanks for the tips guys , I'll let you know if I get it all worked out.

Lowering Resolution is good but with LCD monitors when it is not native it look horrible.. CRT on that matter were by far superior.
