Firewall is blocking UDP packets

When I want start the game it says: " The main server isn't responding. Possible reasons: firewall is blocking UDP packets or server is offline." Please for quick and great answer, I will be very greatfull ;)

P.S. When I turn off firewall and antivirus it says same.

hm..ok but I see that other players are playing. My brother on second computer can play too but I'm not.

are you playing behind NAT firewall router? what windows are you + brother running?
