Video of CoD on lowest settings

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zEZSe9Dv6ig

if this vid is real surley the lowest system requirements should of been a 32mb graphics card and windows 3.1

On lowest setting the external view of the plane is surely very bad, but if you use cockpit view it turns to be ok, as opponent planes are shown with all necessary details. If this person showed some dogfight or simply other planes and not just single plane you won't write such things. It seems that the idea of the video and many others of that guy was to show that CoD is very bad, and the same thing can be done with almost every game in the world (as ther are no perfect ones yet). And I guess no one will fly in that way (alone).

Looks like another video by Vaal and to me it looks like his intention for posting them is solely to diss CoD. :(

I think it's look good in cockpit in lowest possible settings.

Cannot wait until next week when my Steam starts downloading the game

Again? This video has been posted yesterday.

Instead of attack Vaal, would be nice to know if this video was or not from the final release.

If what we have seen in this video is correct, in the next days we'll have something more to talk about than Vaal "trolling".

Please stop to talk about what is happened yesterday, and please provide us some more official video and info.

I've already preordered the game and i confirm this, but we are still waiting for a good video with the Dalmier Benz and Merlin Engines sound.

To be a fanboy doesn't help as for trolling.

Nike can you post us something better video than those 30sek clips.

After just reading through the various posts I tend to Agree.
As to Nike-it's comment, to quote from the actual game manual posted earlier.

"Turning Model Detail
all the way down will make Cliffs of Dover look like a flight sim out of the
early 1990s!
We therefore do not recommend reducing Model Detail more than a notch or
two for anything but the lowest-end machines."

Seems some are trying to push our buttons and succeeding.

Sorry if it came across that I was putting the game down with the specs comment. To be honest this is strangely enough the most encouraging video I have seen of CoD as I am now more confident that my laptop will run the game to a reasonable level. I don't mind about the level of the ground detail but will have to crank up the detail of my spitty.

JG53Frankyboy 03-25-2011 09:42 AM

you ever set the details very low in IL2 ?
than you also see lower LOD model as externals... nothing new actually.
