Emailing Ubisoft

One of our friends from France could write an email of protest and we all could send a copy of this to Ubisoft.

For example I would agree to sign a declaration of will to not take legal action against Ubisoft in the case of a epileptic attack IF Ubi can provide me the possibility to turn off this feature.

What do you think?

Don't hold your breath.
We tried this with the SH5 debacle.

UBI Soft do never respond to anything, they are like the invisible man answerable to no-one.

They did same to R6. They only care about console titles not PC titles.

Wonderful!! :-(

Then we should ask 1C why did they sign a contract with these incompetents.

Or ask the dev's why they didn't address this issue sooner - see link from 2008

^and maybe ask Ubisoft why they only start doing this with a PC title (are you telling me they did this with all the higher profile Console titles?), and give so little warning to the developers that this was theyre requirement of the contract. If 1C did agree to this up front then yes sure they have themselves to blame for enterring into the agreement. but i doubt its something they can legally spring this on a developer after initial signing.

Ubisoft introduced this in 2008, thats hardly a 'little' warning.
