hello Die Spinne,

i like the fw190d9,good fire power and correct manoeuvrability, but i find the a5 , the f8 and the ta152 h too heavy in the moves ,...i must say a real flying potatoes!!!,strange ,in real those planes were really good...

Well, it's got a fantastic roll rate, is very fast and has better firepower than allied equivalents (in my opinion anyway).

I use it as an interceptor in tb and dogfight-
Stay fast, get some distance, turn into the cloud of fighters, hit someone and get out fast. I don't try and follow an evading fighter for more than 90°, its no good at turning. I prefer the A-5 out of the three.

A little bit off topic, but listen to this man! I've yesterday seen him land a Po-2 on a stamp next to the Reichstag and later on on the roof of the Tempelhof Airport building. No kidding!

And now everyone knows my secret hiding places! Now I'll just need to find some other ridiculous runways!

Anyway, I agree with Olife, the 190 turns like a boat. Kinda sad not having any good German dogfighters, hopefully they'll fix it in the sequel.

The A5 Dsnt turn great but it can scythe roll anyone that gets behind it.
It ain't really that fast but it's acceleration aids in a quick getaway when the RAF comes nockin on ur door...

D9 turns right? Really?

Well, it's fast enough to use hit and run tactics on 3 P-51s, that's plenty quick enough for me!

Die Spinne 03-09-2011 02:55 AM

51s maybe now try it on ACEspitfires...

Well, it was Mustang Club members. They're aces in my book, regardless of plane choice.

Misinterpretation FTW!
