Cannot uninstall?!

I get a runtime error/access violation when I try to uninstall as instructed by the readme (via control panel). I have the retail disc version (UK), patch 1.7, Vista32.

If there isn't going to be a fix any time soon, I'd like instruction on how to do a 'manual' uninstall please. Not much chance of me buying Amoured Princess or recommending these games to people if I can't un-install an old one!

Haven't had a problem like this for years (and then only once with an old Westwood title) so I expect the problem is caused by the developer's coding of the installer...

Fixed. Well, worked around more like.

I was able to sucessfully uninstall by running setup directly from the disc, not via the normal windows method in the Control Panel (as specified by the readme that comes with the game).
