Recon Planes in MDS
 

I'm playing around a bit with the new FMB and the MDS. The idea of being able to select which planes act as scouts (or recon) for each mission is great.

In my installation, however, i can only select the flyables as recon planes. I assume this is not a bug, and it was intended to be this way from the start.

In some missions it would add a lot of inmersion to have AI planes around acting as scouts in non-flyables crafts, so that they need to be protected in order to have more info on the minimap (or destroyed to deny the enemy such info).

It's just a suggestion that maybe can be considered for patch 4.101 (don't know if it's simple, i don't mean to bug too much).

Are you aware that it's possible to designate a particular flight as 'AI Only'...?

What i mean is to be able to designate non-flyable aircraft as recon (Ju-52, R-5, C-47, etc.), not only the flyable marked as "AI only". In other words, the possibility to use any aircraft in the recon types list.
