Patch problem

Hey there,

I just downloaded the 4.10 exe from the thread up top and attempted to install it. I selected my Il2 folder and everything seemed to run properly but when I start up the game it still says 4.09m.

I have the steam version of the game, could that be causing the problem?

Are you sure you chose the right folder in your hard disks(s) to install it ?

When you launch the installer, you are asked for your Il-2 installation path. Be sure it was the right one.

Yes I'm sure It was going into my IL2 folder. I even tried unpacking the file into a new folder and copying the entire contents of the new folder into my IL2 folder, nothing happened and the game booted 4.09m as usual.

I'm trying a fresh install now, hopefully that will get things working.

Also, try downloading the patch again, maybe it didn't work properly the first time.
