A Server Commander Query

I have noticed that when I join our squads server (_UGN_OGN_RAAF_ just a quick shameles plug :-P ) the ingame chat says "Welcome _RAAF_Smouch" yet when one of my aussie squad mates join it gives their name and country in the welcome.

Also on our stats web page I have N/A in the country list while other players have their listed. Eg: AU = Australia, US = USA etc.

Any ideas?

You will have to edit the countries ip list in the server for it to recognize yours.

If the server is hosted from your ip it wont recognize the parameter.

Not entirely certain about that because there are at least two other guys who use the same ISP company as I do, although in different states, and when they join the server it will say "Welcome _RAAF_JoeBloggs (Australia)" in the chat bar. And when I join it just says "Welcome _RAAF_Smouch"

Ask them to edit the Excel file named "GeoIPCountryWhois" with your ip and country, it could be your ip is out of the range of the who is file :)
