Problem with Mouse-over Tooltips
 

I'm searching through these forums, but cannot find an answer to this.

I installed the Steam version, and have problems with many of the tooltips not working correctly. I mouse-over an item (like spells/talents) and the tool tip displays for a split second and then goes away. I can't read anything.

Any idea what the problem would be to fix this?

Using Windows 7 btw.
