Mat Manager?

I have recently installed up201 and hsfx, do I also need to install mat manager and if I do, do I install over these. Also where can I find this download none of the links I have tried are working. Thanks for any help in advance.:confused:

Thank you for the reply. I ended up downloading from check 6 I'm shocked because I dont read french, took a chance couldn't find it any where else. Mat manager and up201 freakn ROCKS.
