Neatness bug for Engineer?
 

I don't get 10% bonus for engineer when create droids. The bonus is grey 10% even though I've maxed out the neatness for paladin, so it's suppose to be 30%.

Why it isn't working, anyone has the same problem?

I thought it was only for repairing, not creating.

If you hover the mouse on both creating and repairing, it does say it, so I think it's applied to both creating and repairing.

My point is, the Neatness is still in "grey text" so I'm pretty it's not in effect. Even if grey text does mean it's activated, it should say 30% since I have 3 points on Neatness already. So weird!
