how do i make things setup-able like sandbags

Hello everyone I've been modding this game for about 4 months now and was wondering if anyone knows how to make other items setup-able like sandbags or hedgehogs?

I have models for concrete barriers and wanted to allow them to be set up much like sandbags.

Please help chaps
