we had one for armored princess, and gamebanshee has a data base for the legend.

So far the rumors are our russian friends are working on one, but if and when it will be finished, that remains to be seen.

Actually, that "player made" manual (the Armored Princess super compendium manual), was that done truly by players with help of the devs (via asking questions), or was that done by the developers?

To my knowledge, it was a fan-made manual. Zini4_tha_grunt and 4-5 other players and posters on the russian king's bounty forums compiled and created it.
