Does anyone have tryed to fly outside the map?
I did, and.... woooops.... i passed out and when i recovered i was flying opposite bearing and around... 10 km away deep into the map... i think my plane have been abducted by alien! Or, i've reached the earth limit lol. >Okay, let's say that in some other words... If you reach the end of the map you will disappear and then respawn back heading to the center few second later. Cheap but efficent way to escape a pursuer lol ( don't do that in fight it could be considerered not fair ;) )


Some other game limit:

Max height reachable: Around 12145 meters, flying with a Komet. That's my record :)

Max speed reachable: Around 1110 km/h. diving from that height with the Komet.

What about the buildings in Berlin that are built over some of the streets and how you can fly though the roof of most houses lol. Oh and when you see someone try to fly under the piers at Dover and crash into thin air :D

my ceiling alt has been 43,533 Feet, and dont know top speed :)

Managed to get the B17 to 427mph (683kph for those working in new money) in a dive!
As for altitude, has anyone flown under the beach on the Sicily map? Well below 0ft!!

If u hit the right roof, u even get to park it inside one of the 'houses' on the roof there.

I hit the ceiling at 39.000 feet with the Mk. IX.

I have taken my Spitfire for a dip on a couple of occasions. Half submerged in the ocean and survived.
Does everyone know about the Easter egg when shooting at the sun?

Go into training and point your plane at the sun and start firing. Keep heading to the sun and keep firing, eventually you will shoot the sun down :-)

I wish this worked in multiplayer. The scope for tactical sun removal is huge !!

It does work in multiplayer mate but only effects the player to have shot the sun- have some pics that'll post when I get home!
