cd-key is bound to an other accaount!?

hi, ever when i want to start the multiplayer and i enter MY cd-key comes the advice, cd-key is bound to an other account.:confused::confused::confused:

i used this key for 4 or 5 months and i gave no one my key but suddenly came this advice, admins pls help!!!!! :(:(:(

possible you dont use the correct user name with right case sensitives.

eg. [SoE]No.Mam & [SOE]No.Mam arent the same.

have you installed your windowssystem new again? when NO, use this to get your correct gamespy account name ->
