Portrait of The Griffin King quest, can't turn in ore??
 

I have all 7 ore, and the quest says to turn in the ore to the dwarf Decar (who is outside Creiston mines) but when I talk to him he says "So do you have the ore?" and the only available response is "No, I haven't found them yet.".
Anyone have a fix for this, or know what I should do? Like I said I have the ore, and the quest says to turn it in to him at this point. I have tried exiting and restarting the game, and I've even tried reloading to a point where I hadn't gathered all the ore, got it all again and it still says the same thing.
Any advice?
